On Saturday evening, from a Meadows neighbor:
"We just saw a beautiful little lion this evening near the Meadows sign on canyon crest. I guess they don't have many nice places to hangout.
It was not afraid of the car lights."

A mountain lion was also spotted near the second bridge on the Brown Mountain trail at 7:30 am on Monday Sept. 14. It seems he walked within five feet of three people talking.
We also noticed that a flyer had been posted at Eaton Canyon that a mountain lion had been sighted there as well.
