One of my listings in The Meadows was sold at auction today.  I am in conversation with the investor who is open to a quick turn-around of the property.  With an offer of around $425,000, this would be a great deal for a house on the canyonside.

New Meadows Real Estate Trends

While we've seen a decline over the past few years, the trend is starting to go up.

4328 Canyon Crest Needs Some Love!

As you know, I rarely publish anything about real estate on this site as I want it more about the goings-on in The Meadows. But I'm making an exception here.

This is not my listing. I just think there might be friends or family Meadows residents who would jump at the chance of moving here and may not know about this house.

4328 Canyon Crest is a well-priced home at $499,000. It's not getting the attention it deserves. Not sure why as it's a very sweet house.

I don't usually post real estate items, but thought this was important for residents on Risinghill and The Meadows in general.

Mr. Smiley placed his vacant land behind the homes on the western side of Risinghill on the market yesterday.  From the MLS:

If Title records are accurate, the smaller portion of the parcel was purchased in 1981 for $22,000 and the larger portion in 2005 for $250,000.
