I called Athens waste and they told me they will pick up all green waste left curbside on your regular pick up date. Tree limbs should be cut down so one person can lift them. Loose leaves bagged. Small brush should be tied or bundled.

Sadly, I learned today that they did not pick up anything but what was in the official bins, not even bagged green waste. Athens needs to work on there message campaign....tell the public the same story - and make sure the drivers are informed. Seems every one you talk to at Athens has a different concept of how things will be handled. Jane S
