I got in late last night and no sooner had I turned the lights on we had a power failure. I noted that it started at 10:00 p.m. and came back on at 3:45 a.m.
I noticed my clocks blinking when I got home. Had we had another outage earlier in the day?
I want to track these outages to report to our SCE liaison.

Noticed the same problem. Called SCE to report outage last night. Received call from SCE that power was restored. Would like to know cause of outage.

The lights went out the first time for only about a minute at around 9:40pm. The lights came back on by the time I was done wandering through the dark looking for the flashlight.
