Try calling county vector control department??? If county won't do it because it is on private land, they probably have to pay someone....see the yellow pages for pest removal. Or, better yet...wait...the queen bee ofter just flies away and the swarm goes with her.
Don't worry about it. If it's just a swarm they'll move as soon as they find a place to make a permanent home. Leave 'em alone and they'll leave soon enough.
