Power Out in The Meadows

To quote Gilda Radner, "If it's not one thing, it's another..."

UPDATED at 4:10 p.m. :  All power is out.

Before :
We were experiencing a power "brown out" of sorts.  I'm showing only 90 amps coming into my house.  The usual is 120.  Lights come on but are dimmed and appliances don't seem to be working.
