A small black and white terrier has been hanging around the 4300 block of El Prieto. We think this is the same dog that was seen two weeks ago on Risinghill. It runs when people have tried to catch it.
Any idea who the owner is?

I have seen this dog running down aralia on a daily basis. He avoids humans at all costs.
There's a $500 reward for the dog. There's flyers on telephone poles down on Lincoln and I met the owner a few weeks ago.
