Trolling Dent Removers Cause Suspicion

Just want to let our neighbors know that we called the Sheriff's Department 10 minutes ago to let them know that a car load of suspicious looking men were trolling up Risinghill Road telling us that they would take the dents out of our truck for $100.00. The man who got out of the car had a stack of business-looking cards that he kept hidden from viewing what was on them and they went up the hill and came down a few minutes later. The car was an older beat-up looking maroon color. The man was about 25-30 wearing a dark red shirt/jeans. All of the men were Hispanic and the ones in the car looked really rough.

Woodsy Owl Sign Stolen

The Woodsy Owl sign has been stolen from lower Canyon Crest. 

 

After being badly vandalized twice, our neighbor, Jane, rebuilt and reinstalled it.

 

Obviously, someone with a vehicle took the sign as it was quite heavy.
